Please Never rub your puppy's nose in his/her mistakes, nor strike or yell at your puppy. The only thing that will arise from this, is your puppy's spirit being broken. It is best when you catch your puppy in the act, to gently scoop your puppy up, & take your puppy to his/her  spot . Repetition is the name of the game! Always try to use the same spot.

While with us,your puppy will have a good start on potty  training...but the end result is up to you!     https://www.akc.org/expert-advice/training/how-to-crate-train-a-puppy/We hope that you will enjoy your puppy for years to come. We have taken steps to ensure that your new puppy is healthy by feeding it a premium puppy food. It is important that your Golden be kept on a proper diet. Buyer’s puppy has been raised on high quality puppy food. Please note: providing a higher nutritious valued food helps provide proper growth. Buyer’s puppy has been eating Victor Professional ,which is excellent for large breed puppies . Should you choose another food, please make sure it meets the standard for large breed puppies. Also follow the recommendations for switching  your puppy/dog 's foods. Buyer acknowledges and affirms that Breeder has recommended, for the benefit of the puppy, a certain brand of puppy/dog food; however the use of this dog food is merely a recommendation , not a guarantee of it's effectiveness or efficiency.

As stated above,Puppy has been started on indoor potty training  by means of a litter box using Mountain Meadows, Pet, Organic Wheat Grass Pellets. This is an effective method of training,& works much better than training pads . To transition to outdoor training, make sure to take your puppy to the same spot each time which should be every 30 to 40 minutes throughout the day. If using a crate for training, only use the crate when you can't watch your puppy such as sleep time. Never leave your puppy in a crate for long periods of time during the day. Never use the crate to punish your puppy.
